LETS GET READY FOR THE RIVER!!!
Tubing/kayaking is now running seven days per week through Labor Day. (Call 706-635-1609 for reservations). Current trip times are 10:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m., 12:00 p.m., and 1:00/1:30 p.m. (weather permitting). (Please note that 1:00 and 1:30 trip time is determined by flow of the river, so call to make sure which is currently being run).
WHILE WE DO ACCEPT WALK-INS UPON TRIP AVAILABILITY, WE STRONGLY SUGGEST THAT YOU CALL THE GENERAL STORE AT (706)635-1609 FOR RESERVATIONS AS TRIPS ARE LIMITED AND BOOK UP FAST.
PLEASE NOTE- The price for tubing for the 2010 season is $12.00 per person. Kayak trips are $25.00 per person/per boat and include all equipment needed. Groups of 5 or more will need to be reserved with a credit card, which will not be charged until departure time. However, if you are not present at time of departure and have not contacted The General Store for cancellation at least 24 hours prior to departure, you card will be charged for the entire reservation. Each participant must be at least 5-years-old and a waiver must be completed for each and every person on trip regardless of age. Please note that this waiver can be downloaded from our website, printed, and completed prior to arrival to save time, or it can be completed prior to departure. Please also note: IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT YOU ARRIVE AT LEAST 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO DEPARTURE TO ALLOW FOR PAPERWORK AND INSTRUCTIONS. Trips must remain on schedule, so be sure to allow yourself plenty of time!

Larger groups, such as church groups, are welcome with reservations, and we will be happy to assist you with lodging and scheduling a special trip for your group. Just give us a call.
Birthday Parties are also great at the General Store and we will be happy to help you with these as well.
